Terms and Conditions for Dream Builders Facilitator Training Program

Welcome to the Dream Builders Facilitator Training Program! We are excited to partner with you on this transformative journey. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they outline the expectations and responsibilities associated with becoming a certified facilitator for The Dream Factory & Co.

1. Management and Support Services

• The Dream Factory & Co will manage all contracts, terms, and conditions with customers on behalf of our certified facilitators.
• We handle all aspects of billing, including invoicing, late payments, and customer onboarding.
• Our company will house all training content, resources, and scheduling tools required for facilitators to run successful sessions.
• Facilitators will be provided with access to an organized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track client progress, communications, and scheduling.
• A company calendar will be maintained to assist with planning and coordinating sessions.

2. Billing and Payment Terms

By agreeing to this payment, you are committing to the following terms:

1. Program Duration: The Facilitator Training program is a 6-month comprehensive training designed to equip you to become a certified trainer for Dream Factory and Co.
2. Program Cost: $5,997.00
3. Payment Options: You are required to select and commit to one of the following payment options within 30 days:
   • Option 1: Pay Up Front and Save 15%
     • $899.55 discount
       Total: $5,097.45 (one-time payment)
   • Option 2: 6-Month Payment Plan – Save 10%
     • $599.70 discount
       Total: $5,397.30
     • Monthly payments of $899.55 for 6 months
   • Option 3: 12-Month Payment Plan
     • Total: $5,997
     • Monthly payments of $499.75 for 12 months
4. Commitment to Payment Plan: By selecting a payment option, you agree to complete the full payment plan as described. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in cancellation of your participation in the program, without refund of any payments made.
5. Certification: Successful completion of the program will result in your certification as a Dream Factory and Co. Facilitator.
6. Changes to Terms: Dream Factory and Co. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with notice to participants.

By proceeding with your payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Compensation Structure

1. Revenue Split:
   • The Dream Factory & Co agrees to a 70/30 revenue split on all One2One Coaching and Group Coaching services, with 70% of the revenue going to the facilitator/coach and 30% retained by The Dream Factory & Co. upon completion of training.
2. Pricing Structure:
   • One2One Coaching Prices: Prices for One2One coaching sessions are predetermined and will vary based on the coach’s experience level. Pricing adjustments cannot be made without written agreement between the coach and The Dream Factory & Co.
   • Group Coaching Prices: Group coaching prices are standardized and cannot be changed, ensuring consistent product development and uniform offerings across the board.
3. Payment Schedule:
   • Facilitators/coaches will be paid on the 5th of each month for services rendered in the previous month.

4. Customer Payment Billing Process and Payment Terms

• The Dream Factory & Co will process all payments from your clients, ensuring seamless billing and communication.
• In the case of late payments from clients, The Dream Factory & Co will manage the follow-up process and ensure payment collection, freeing you to focus on your coaching and facilitation.
• Registration: The Dream Factory & Co will also provide all back end registration platform for easy and simple registration for private and group clients. This captures payment information and contact information
• Kajabi. Upon certification you will receive access to Kajabi where all courses are stored for your convenience

5. Certification Maintenance

• To remain an active and certified facilitator, participation in the annual Dream Builders Academy Retreat is required. Dream Builders Academy Retreat, a 4-day annual retreat, is mandatory for all certified facilitators. This retreat is designed to encourage, challenge, and support you in your role as a coach and facilitator.
• The cost of the Dream Builders Academy Retreat is $1,500 per year. This fee covers the cost of the retreat, including materials, workshops, and exclusive resources to help you grow and succeed in your facilitator journey. Airfare and room and board not included.
• Attendance at the retreat is required to maintain your certification as a facilitator for The Dream Factory & Co. Failure to attend will result in the suspension of certification until the retreat is completed.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• All content, tools, and resources provided by The Dream Factory & Co remain the intellectual property of The Dream Factory & Co and are licensed to you as a facilitator for the duration of your certification.
• As a facilitator for The Dream Factory & Co, you understand that you cannot directly or indirectly engage in, own, manage, operate, consult, or be employed by any business or individual that competes with The Dream Factory & Co's business. Should you terminate your facilitation agreement, you forfeit all rights to use the materials in future ventures.
• As a certified facilitator, you will have access to sensitive information about the clients you serve. You agree to maintain confidentiality and not share any client information outside of The Dream Factory & Co without express permission.

7. Termination

• The Dream Factory & Co reserves the right to terminate facilitator certification if terms and conditions are not met or if any unethical behavior is displayed.
• Facilitators may also choose to leave the program at any time with written approval. Upon written approval, certification will be revoked, and access to all proprietary content will be removed. Should a facilitator choose to terminate in the middle of a coaching program, individual or group, they forfeit the right to payment. Should a facilitator choose to terminate their contract after all programs are completed,

By enrolling in the Dream Builders Facilitator Training Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them during your time as a certified facilitator for The Dream Factory & Co.
