Dare to Dream Experience Conference – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Dare to Dream Experience Conference (“the Event”), produced by The Dream Factory and Co., including all employees, affiliates, volunteers, contractors, and representatives (“the Organizer”), and any individual or company (“the Attendee”) who purchases admission to the Event. By registering for and attending the Event, the Attendee agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration & Payments
- The registration fee for the Event is as listed at the time of purchase. Pricing may vary (e.g., Early Bird vs. Regular), and the fee is determined by the date and time of purchase.
- All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or Acts of God.
- Registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
2. Participation & Conduct
- The Attendee agrees to conduct themselves with respect toward staff, volunteers, speakers, and other attendees. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior disrupts the Event without a refund.
- The Attendee understands that event schedules, speakers, and content are subject to change at the Organizer’s discretion.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
- The Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to injury, illness (including communicable diseases), property loss, or damage.
- The Attendee agrees that The Dream Factory and Co., its owners, staff, affiliates, volunteers, contractors, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Event.
- The Attendee acknowledges that participation may involve physical, emotional, or mental exertion and voluntarily accepts full responsibility for any resulting risks.
- The Attendee releases, waives, and discharges The Dream Factory and Co. from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Event.
4. Media Release
- By attending, the Attendee grants The Dream Factory and Co. the right to record, photograph, and use their likeness, voice, or image for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, without compensation.
5. Confidentiality & Community Standards
- The Event may include small group sessions, prayer, or sharing among participants. Confidentiality is a shared responsibility. Attendees agree not to disclose identifying or personal information shared by others.
- Violation of confidentiality may result in removal from the Event without refund.
6. Force Majeure
- If the Event is canceled, rescheduled, or modified due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government orders, or venue closures), the Organizer will provide reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling or a virtual experience. No refunds will be issued.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado.
8. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Dare to Dream Experience Conference, the Attendee confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
